How You Get Paid
$20 per Policy: For every new policy you bind
10% for 12 Months: Of that policy's commission for its first 12 months, on top of the $20
$0 Lead Cost: We buy the leads. Nothing comes out of your pay for them

Requirements
Licensed: An active resident property & casualty license. That is the only gate
Independent-contractor (1099) role. Pay shown is the structure of the offer, not a guarantee of earnings; what you earn depends on what you write. The $20 applies to new business; the 10% share runs for the first 12 months of each policy. Non-resident licensing is sponsored. Truvo is an equal opportunity employer.
