What you'll do
Make insurance beautiful. Insurance software is famously ugly, and we think that's a moat. Own how Truvo looks and feels: the design system, motion, empty states and the thousand small details.
Design and ship. Take features from a sketch to shipped React in production, with no handoff and no spec waiting in a queue.
Sit with the people you serve. Watch customers and our licensed producers use what you built, and rebuild it the next day. Design the surfaces around our AI agents: where a person steps in, what they see, and why they trust it.
