What you'll do
Be the CEO's right hand. Own the company's highest-priority initiatives end to end, from scoping to execution to measurement. The role changes shape weekly, and you're always on what matters most.
Build the team and the machine. Recruit, onboard and lead the people across operations, sales and GTM, and build the data behind every key decision: funnels, unit economics and carrier performance.
Drive growth and the raise. Lead gen, partnerships and carrier relationships, plus investor updates, board materials and the data room as we scale toward Series A.
